Material thickness is around 1.2-2.3 mm. Mainly used for Body earth terminal or battery terminal for automotive. Most of these terminal need barrel Tin plating and we have supplier who has a biggest plating barrel in Thailand with cost merit.

Material with plating, thickness is around 1.0 -1.2 mm. We produce this parts with high quality control dimension and process in Thailand from 2019.

TERMINAL used for automotive batteries. Material thickness is around 2.0 mm and we produce the complicated shape with only progressive stamping and single stamping. Normally, Tin and Nickel is plated on this terminal.

We produce this parts from 1st material stamping to 2nd stamping process after spot plating with cooperation of hoop plating supplier near our factory.

Parts used for automotive fuse box and electric circuit. Produced by 110 ton stamping machine.

This parts used for automotive connector. And normally, shell consists of 2 parts. In case volume is small, we assemble by single stamping and in case volume is big, we assemble it by automated machine.
